Today was pretty much the most boring day ever,so Ethan was,as usual,alone in the library.When he had nothing else to do during the school day,that's where you could find him,but only if no one else was in there.See,Ethan didn't like many people knowing about his reading and writing.Plus,it's where he got time alone to email certain people who he really needed to keep in touch with.
Ethan logged onto one of the computers and opened a wordpad and then opened the internet browser.He logged onto his email and started writing in the wordpad.Writing seemed to be something to get his mind off of everything.With his parents fighting at home,and having to deal with everything else in his life,he was pretty much flushed for time.He had to write an article for the paper and everything.Ethan seemed to have no time to relax,but he didn't mind.He liked keeping busy.
When he switched back to the internet browser and saw that he had an email.He clicked on it and started reading the email.As he kept reading,his mind rushed for what to do.The email was from his ex-girlfriend aka his sons mother.He didn't know what to do,so he just logged off of his email and closed the internet browser.

What better place to get in the quiet with going to the library, of course there was something boring about the place aswell. But Mikey had always forgotten about it and just had the best time she could there. Her ipod was in her ears as she was sitting at a tabel doing some work. Yes she did actually find the time to do some homeWord in her not so busy life. But then again why didn't she have good grades? Oh right because she as too wrapped up in her dreams to want to do work.
The girl glanced up to see a boy walk past where she was, it was typical that he wouldnt say anything to her, he looked to popular for her anywayz. Seeing him get on the computer and start writing she got a confused look on her face. Like he writes, because he wasnt supposed to do taht. He was just supposed to play sports and be all.

"What the heck," She said as she sighed and closed her books. Leaving them on the table not really minding if they got taken she sat down on the computer next to him logging on she turned to him getting the guts to talk to him, "You like to write?" She asked in a bit of an impressed voice.
[ Hope you don't mind. It said open so I just thought I would not be bored and post. ]

Ethan heard someone coming up behind him and quickly made sure the email was closed."Umm...amazing...I know."he said and turned to her,"Don't let the secret out."He smiled and put his flash drive into the computer hard drive and pulled out a chair."Wanna sit?"he asked,as he typed into the computer to save what he had written."I'm Ethan by the way."he said and didn't look up at her until he was done.

She gave the boy a smile, "Why is it a secret? It's actually something most peopel would like." She said looking at the chair. Nodding she sat down, "I'm Mikey, its nice to meet you Ethan," She said looking at the screen for a second then back at him. "What are you writing about?" She asked actually intrested she couldnt help but look at the screen, her nose did the cute little wrinkle it usually did.

Ethan looked up as he pulled his flash drive out of the computer."Just something for the paper."he said and hooked it back to the rope around his neck."Nice to meet you as well Mikey."he said,with a smile,"What are you doing in here?"Ethan looked around and still saw no one.How could he have not noticed her being in here?Maybe it was because he was seeing what he wanted to see.Who knew?

What was she doing in here? Offt what any normal teen would do of course, "I was just doing some late work," She said rolling her eyes. He looked older then her which sucked because cute older guys never worked with Mikey. "Ya know I wouldnt think of you as the kind of person to be in here alone, or go anywhere alone," She said speaking the truth, he looked like he should be followed around by a group of people.

Ethan was puzzled still as to why he had missed seeing her when he walked in."Late work,eh?"he asked and laughed,"Sounds like what I do.I rarely ever do my homework really at home."He smirked and logged off the computer.Then,he turned back to her."Usually...but not many people know that I write for the paper."he said,"Let alone write period."Ethan crossed his arms and leaned back in his chair."I like the quiet though."he said.

"I guess we do have something in common," She said with a smile, other then the fact they both liked to write, but she couldnt tell him that. "I think people would like the fact that you write, writing shows that you do have a soft side," She said with a little laugh at herself. "Everyone likes to escape to the quiet every now and then." She said witha grin. "What grade are you if you don't mind my asking?" She asked wondering how much older he was then she.

"People wouldn't accept it"he said and sighed,"I've tried telling people,but they hated it so I just said I was joking."Ethan wasn't the most popular kid in the school,but he did have a lot of friends to worry about.There was only one thing he would give it all up for and that was one girl.No one knew that.There was a lot about him that no one knew."I'm a Senior."he said.
